Reserve Material
Explanation
This activity is used to reserve the required quantity of a part from the
respective project inventory. Project inventory belonging to other projects will
not be available.
The reservation can be done either manually or automatically. Manual
reservation provides the option of reserving material partially whilst automatic
reservation will reserve the full quantity at once. Reserved materials are being
tracked in Inventory Part, in stock reservation. It is also possible to unreserve the reserved parts with a negative quantity (i.e. -1 ). Reservation
makes it easy to carry out the issuing process.
Prerequisites
	- The required quantity must be greater than already reserved quantity.

- The activity must be in the Released status.
System Effects
	- The quantity is reserved, or unreserved if a negative quantity is
	defined.

- The value in the Reserved Quantity field is updated on the ERMPL demand line.

- The Show Reservation right mouse button option is enabled
	to view the reserved material.
