Complete Case Resolution
Explanation
This activity is used to complete the case resolution. 
 The case resolution is entered after the case has been solved and any existing tasks
have been closed. 
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the case must be in
the Open status. 
 
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the case resolution will
be completed.

Procedure
  - Open the 
	Case window and query for the
    relevant record.
- Click the 
	Description tab. Click New.
- In the lower text area enter the case resolution in a selected 
	language.
- Save the record.(F12)
