Create Task
Explanation
This activity is used to create a new task. Each case 
can consist of one or more tasks which need to be completed in order to complete 
the case. A task can be queued to a particular assignee or support queue to be 
handled.
Prerequisites
	- The task type, 
	task activity, and task completion must have been entered in the 
	Task Basic Data window.
- The case must have been created and the current case must have been retrieved
      to the 
window.
- The case must have been accepted from the support queue.
- To create a task from an existing template,
      a task template must have been entered in the 
	Task Basic Data window.

As a result of this activity, the task will be created.

Procedure
  - Open the 
	Case window and click the 
     Tasks tab.
- Double click on a row on the table.
- In the Activity field, enter the activity that will be performed. Use 
	the List of Values to select a suitable value.
- In the Due Date field, enter the due date for the task.
- Enter the task comment in the Comment field.
- Save the record. 
Note: You can also create tasks for the case
using the existing task templates. To do so, select the row, right-click and
then click Create Task from Template, and select a value for the Task
Template Name field.
