Define Capability List
Explanation
This activity is used to register the capability list 
that the maintenance organization received with the approval certificate. The 
capability list refers to the list of parts that the selected maintenance 
organization is allowed to work on under the approval.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a valid approval type must 
have been defined for the maintenance organization.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the parts the maintenance 
organization should work on under an approval is defined.

Procedure
	- Open the Authority Approval window.
- Populate (F2) or query (F3) for the required 
	approval type and maintenance organization.
- Click the Capability List tab and 
	create a new record (F5).
- In the Part No field, enter the part number 
	of the part valid to work on. Use the List of Values to select a valid 
	value.
- In the Manufacturer No field, enter the 
	manufacturer of the part. Use the List of Values to select a valid value.
- In the Manufacturer's Part No field, enter 
	the part number of the selected manufacturer. Use the List of Values to 
	select a valid value.
- In the Rating field, enter the rating 
	issued for the part. Entering a value in this field is optional.
- In the Work Level field, enter the work 
	level for the part. Entering a value in this field is optional.
- Save the information (F12).
