Exclude Repair Codes

Explanation

This activity is used to exclude repair codes that should not be included in the repair.

Prerequisites

• A disposition line must exist on a disposition shop order.
• The disposition shop order must be in Released status.
• If modifications exist, they should be finalized.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the specific repairs to be performed will be identified. The excluded repair codes will not be used in the repair.

Procedure

1. Open the Component Repair Order window and search for an existing component repair order.
2. Click the CRO Lines tab.
3. Select a component repair order line that is released to repair with the repair order type Disposition Shop Order.
4. Click the Repair Order tab, right-click and then click Disposition Shop Order.
5. Select the disposition line for which you want to exclude repair codes. The repair codes connected to the disposition line part can be found in the Repair Codes tab.
6. Exclude the desired repair codes for the current order by using the values in the Repair Included list.
7. Save.
