Add Contract Change Order Tasks
Explanation
Use this activity to add tasks to the contract 
change order. A task can be used to create user-definable dates for controlling 
submittals, planning, and execution of the contract change order without  
a complete project plan in IFS/ Project Management or if IFS/ Project Management is not 
used at all. The tasks function as a to-do list without any business logic 
connected to it.
Prerequisites
	- A contract change order should exist.
System Effects
	- A task is added to the contract change order.

Procedure
	- Open the Contract Change Order window.
- Select the 
	Tasks tab and create a new record (F5).
- Enter values in the Task ID and Task Name 
	fields.
- Optionally, enter a task type in the Task Type field.
- Optionally, enter a responsible person in the 
	Responsible ID field.
- Optionally, enter 
	applicable planned and actual dates for the task.
- 
	Optionally, enter estimated time and duration for the 
	task.
- Save the information (F12).
