Enter No Bid Information
Explanation
Use this activity to enter information about contracts that do not involve 
bidding. It can either be when only one party is handling the contract or the 
contract is not considered viable for bidding. This feature is used for internal 
information purposes only.
Prerequisites
	- A Contract in the Enquiry or Estimated status should exist.
System Effects
	- The contract is listed as decided not to bid on the bid status.

Procedure
	- Open the Sales Contract 
	window and query for the required contract.
- Right click and select No Bid, from the Bid Status menu 
	option. The No Bid Information dialog 
	box will open.
- Enter a reason or select from the given List of Values and click
	OK.
- The Bid Status field in the General 
	tab will be updated as Decided Not to bid.
