Further Detail Activity Cost Driver
Explanation
Use this activity to specify details about certain system-generated activity cost drivers
so that they can be used for activity-based costing (ABC). These cost drivers
are 410, Number of Customer Orders; 470, Number of Purchase Orders; and 520
Number of Receipts.
Prerequisites
This activity requires that at least one of the above-mentioned drivers be
defined in the system.

Procedure
  - Open the Activity Cost Drivers window, and
    select an activity cost driver.
- Right-click and then click 
	Driver Setup. The 
	Driver
    Setup window appears.
- Click the 
	Parts tab, create a new record.
- In the Site field, select the appropriate site from the List of Values.
- In the Part No field, select the appropriate part from the List of Values.
- In the Used Value field, enter the value that you want to use to calculate
    the cost of the part connected to the specified cost driver. An entry in
    this field is required.
- If you want to have the system calculate the driver value, right-click and
    then click Calculate Driver Value for One Part. The 
	Calculate Driver
    Value for One Part dialog box appears. 
- Enter the beginning and ending dates of the time period in YYYY-MM-DD
    format.
- Click Calculate. The system-calculated driver value appears in the 
	Result
    field.
- If you want to use the system-calculated value in place of the one that
    you entered manually, click Use Result. The system-calculated value appears
    in both the Used Value and System Value fields on the  
	Driver Setup/Parts
    tab.
- If you want to have the system calculate the driver value for all parts at
    once, right-click in the header portion of the  
	Driver Setup window
    and then click Calculate Driver Value for All Parts. The 
	Calculate Driver
    Value for All Parts dialog box appears. Enter the time period as in
    step 8 above, and then click OK.
