Define Document File Type
Explanation
Use this activity to register file types used in the creation of documents,
and to connect the file type to its extension.
When you register a new file type, you also have to register an associated
file extension and a description.Prerequisites
  - The file type used to create documents must be installed.
-
The file type must be registered in Microsoft Windows with an association between
the file extension and the file type, if the file is going to be started
from within the application. As long as a file has a file extension, it can
	be handled by the system.
- Each registered file type must be unique.
- Each file extension can be registered for only one specific
  file type.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, electronic documents can be created using the
defined document file type.
