Cancel Approval Process
Explanation
Use this activity to cancel the
approval
process for one or more document revisions. Once canceled, the
document revision can  be updated and a new approval process can be started.
Prerequisites
  - The document revision must have the status Approval in Progress.
- You must be the creator of the document 
  revision or an administrator.
System Effects
  - The document status is changed from Approval in Progress
    to Preliminary.
- All steps are copied to the history
    (if the history logging for this event is enabled).

Procedure
To cancel the approval process for a single document:
  - Open the Document Revision
    window or Document Revisions window and query for a
    document. In the Document Revision
    window - If the document has an 
  attached redline file, you can add your own comments to the file by 
  right-clicking, pointing to Comment, and then clicking Edit.
- Right-click, click Status, and
    then click Cancel Approval. (In the 
	Document Revisions window select the row first) 
To cancel the approval process for two or more documents:
  - Open the Document Revisions
    window and query for the documents. 
- Select the rows, right-click, click Status, and
    then click Cancel Approval.
