Create Booking Lists
Explanation
Use this activity to create a booking list. A booking list is a series of 
reserved document numbers that are used to number documents, for example, during 
a specific project. A booking list is populated using a number counter. 
Prerequisites
At least one number counter must be defined.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a booking list is created and ready to be used for numbering new documents. 
However, to enable the booking list, the advanced number generator feature must 
be configured for the document class.

Generate Numbers
Procedure
To create a booking list and fill it with reserved numbers, follow these 
steps.
  - Open the 
	Document Basic window and click the 
	Booking List tab. 
- Click New to create a new record. 
- In the Booking List field, enter a name.  
- In the  Description  field, enter a description of your booking list. 
- In the Number Counter ID1 and Number Counter ID2 fields, use 
  the List of Values to select number counters for generating numbers.
  
- Click Save. 
- Click Generate Numbers to open the 
	Generate Numbers 
  dialog box. 
- In the How many numbers field, enter the amount of
  numbers to generate. You can enter a value up to 1000 to generate a
  maximum of 1000 numbers at a time. 
- In the Remark field, enter text describing the purpose of the 
  reserved numbers (e.g., project or customer). This remark helps to 
  differentiate this booking list's numbers from others. 
- Click OK to close the 
	Generate Numbers dialog box and 
  create the list of numbers. The list is generated. The value in the Current 
  Value field reflects the last number in the booking list.  
To book additional numbers
  - Search for the booking list for which you want to generate additional 
  numbers. 
- Run Steps 7-10.  
To delete booking numbers.
  - Right-click in the 
	 Booking List  tab header and then click Delete 
  Booking List. This deletes the generated numbers.
