Create Reason for Issue
Explanation
Use this activity to create reasons for issue. These 
reasons explain why a document may have been created and usually correspond to a 
stage within the engineering process, such as for quotation, for review, for 
design, or for construction. Documents can be queried on these reasons 
for issue.

Procedure
  - Click New to create an empty row. 
- Create a new reason by entering values for the Reason and 
  Description fields. 
- Click Save.
