Use this window to get a 360 degree view of the selected contact. 
The Customer Contact 360 includes assorted information related to the 
customer and lead contact in detail. 
The main purpose of this window is to act as a hub for several sales and 
marketing processes and could be used by all users interested in a complete 
contact view. 
All tabs belonging to IFS/Customer Relationship Management and information about 
all available tabs can be found in the links given below.
When running this window it is important to understand what each tab actually 
displays. The Address tab displays the information related to addresses and 
communication methods of the selected customer contact. The 
Customers tab 
displays the information related to customers who are connected to the selected 
contact. The Business Leads tab displays the 
information related to the business leads. All the other tabs are filtered based on the contact 
and user-allowed sites. 
On each tab, user can refine the displayed data further by deciding if a 
previously saved query should or should not be used as a start-up filter. A 
start-up filter is added by right-clicking on a tab row and selecting 
Properties. In the Properties/Startup Query tab select the 
Enable Startup Query 
check box and select the appropriate saved query. If a saved query is used as a 
filter when the tab is populated, the query name is displayed in the 
windows title bar. The saved queries do not have any effect on the normal query 
function, but as soon as the form is re-populated the saved query will act as 
the default filter.
