Acknowledge Reminder Proposal
Explanation
Use this activity to confirm a created
reminder proposal. Each reminder 
proposal is linked to a unique proposal ID and several proposals can exist for 
a user ID. Before printing the reminders, you are required to acknowledge the 
proposal. 
Prerequisites
A reminder proposal must have been created before it can be confirmed.
System Effects
As a result of this entry, the printing of payment reminders can take place.

Procedure
To acknowledge a reminder proposal: 
  - Open 
	Customer Reminder Proposals. 
	Search for the reminder proposal or 
	populate the window to find the reminder proposal to be acknowledged.
- Select the reminder 
	proposal, right-click and then click Acknowledge Proposal. The proposal is then given Reminder Status, 
    Acknowledged.
