Enter Marketing Campaign Responses
This activity is used to view, modify, or enter marketing campaign responses. 
Prerequisites
This activity has no prerequisites.
System Effects
A customer response category with response options is created and available 
for use in marketing campaigns.

Procedure
	- Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the 
	Marketing Campaign Responses tab. 
- Create a new record. 
- Enter the short code for response category in the Response Category 
	ID field. 
- Enter a description of the response category in the Description field. 
- Select a response type in the Response Type field. 
- Save your changes.
- If the response type is Single-Choice or Multiple-Choice, create a new 
	record in the lower part of the window.
- Enter the short code for response category option in the Response 
	Category Option ID field. 
- Enter a description of the response category option in the Description field. 
	
- Save the information.
