Enter Business Lead Representative

Explanation

This activity is used to enter representative for the business lead.

Prerequisites

• The business lead header must have been entered and saved.
• The representatives must have been entered on the Relationship Management Basic Data/Representative tab.

System Effects

• As a result of this activity, representative is entered for the business lead.

Procedure

To enter a business lead header:

1. Open the Business Lead/Representatives tab and create a new record.
2. Create a new record.
3. If one specific person should be the representative, enter that representative ID in the Representative ID field. The representative name will be automatically retrieved.
4. Optionally, select a Representative Role.
5. Optionally, you can right-click and then click Set as Main Representative to change the main representative.
6. Save.
