Parts by Assortment and Site Cluster
Explanation
This activity is used to acquire an overview of all the 
parts which belong to an assortment. You can view the parts by type such as 
purchased parts and inventory parts. You can also filter the data by entering a 
site cluster. The records will be filtered further if you specify a site cluster 
node as well.
It is possible to update data in this view. By using the Replace feature, you 
can update all columns that are allowed to be updated. Only the columns that you 
are allowed to update in each tab's corresponding overview are also allowed to 
be updated in this overview, i.e. 
Inventory Parts, 
Purchase Parts, etc.
Prerequisites
	- The assortment structure must be defined and parts 
	must be connected to it.
- Parts must be created per site by using the 
	assortment concerned.
- Site clusters must be defined if you want to view 
	parts per site cluster.
System Effects
As a result of this activity you can view details of 
the different types of parts connected to an assortment and which exist on user 
allowed sites.

Procedure
	- Open the Parts by Assortment and 
	Site Cluster window and search for the assortment you want to view.
- Select the node for which you want to view part 
	data.
- Click one of the tabs in the window depending on 
	exactly what part information you require.
- Click Retrieve Part Data.
- Select View All if you wish to 
	view all part data. To filter records select the Filter by Site Cluster 
	option. In the dialog box that appears, enter a site cluster or click 
	List to choose one from the List of Values. You can also enter a node or choose one from the List of Values.
- Click Retrieve Part Data again to view data 
	for specified sites.
