Enter Distribution Specific Address Info
Explanation
Use this activity to enter address information that is distribution specific. 
The information will be used on purchase orders and for the intrastat reporting.
Prerequisites
A delivery address for the company must have been created.
System Effects
The entered address name and reference will be used on purchase orders. The 
rest of the information is used for intrastat reporting, specifically for the 
internal inventory movements not related to any purchase or customer order.

Procedure
  - Open the 
	Company window and query for the desired company.
- Select the 
	Address/Distribution Data tab window.
- Enter a name for the company in the Address Name field.
- Enter your reference at the delivery address in the Reference 
  field.
- Enter delivery terms and ship via code for inter-site inventory movements 
  without connection to customer or purchase orders.
- Select the Intrastat Exempt check box if the delivery address 
  should be excluded from intrastat reporting.
- Save the record.
