Assign Mobile Users to Assortments
Explanation
This activity is used to assign assortments to a mobile user.
Note: If all Parts (Inventory, Sales and Purchase Parts) registered in IFS Apps are required to be synchronized then the configuration to "Sync all Parts" should be set in the Cloud Configuration and the Mobile Part Basic Data does not need to be set-up.
Prerequisites
	- The user should be defined and set as a mobile user.
- Assortments should be defined in the part catalog.
System Effects
	- All parts connected to the assortment will be transferred to the mobile user's device during synchronization.

Procedure
To assign an assortment to the mobile user:
	- Open the Mobile Part 
	Basic Data window.
- Click the Mobile User Assortments 
	tab and create a new record (F5).
- In the User ID field, enter the mobile user id. 
	Use the List of Values to select a valid value.
- In the Assortment field, enter the ID of the assortment that is 
	to be connected to the mobile user. Use the List of Values to select a valid 
	value.
- In the Part Site field, enter the site to which the parts in the 
	assignment should belong. Use the List of Values to select a valid value.
- Save the record (F5).
To view the parts belonging to the assortment which was connected to the 
mobile user:
	- Click the Mobile User/Assortment Parts 
	tab.
- Populate (F2) data and observe the parts connected to the mobile user 
	through the assortment.
