Connect Corrective Action to Cause
Explanation
This activity is used to connect standard jobs as corrective actions to a 
cause which is defined for a fault type. Corrective actions are connected to 
causes to simplify the preparation of the work order. When a fault report or 
service request is reported, this enables selection of applicable standard jobs 
based on the reported symptom and probable causes of the fault.
Prerequisites
	- A cause must be defined for a fault type. 
- A separate standard job must have been defined in the 
	Standard Job/Separate Standard Job tab and it should be in 
	the Active status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a standard job is connected to the cause.

Procedure
	- Open the Failure Analysis 
	Setup Navigator window.
- Query for the item class.
- On the navigator on the left pane, navigate to the cause for which you 
	want to connect a corrective action and click on it. 
- On the right pane, create a new record on the Corrective Actions 
	tab. 
- Enter a value in the Standard Job ID field. Use the List of Values to 
	select a suitable value.
- Optionally, enter text in the Notes field. 
- Save the record.
