Define Mobile Object Synchronization Data
Explanation
This activity is used to define the objects that should be synchronized with
the mobile device. With IFS Mobile Work Order, not all objects are transferred from a site to
the mobile user. Therefore, it is necessary to define which objects should be
transferred during synchronization, based on the criteria selected.
Note: If all Equipment Objects registered in IFS Apps are required to be synchronized then the configuration to "Sync all Objects" should be set in the Cloud Configuration and the Mobile Object Synchronization Data does not need to be set-up.
Prerequisites
	- The User should be defined and set as a mobile user.
- The object or object structure should be defined.
System Effects
	- The objects which are to be transferred to the mobile device during
	synchronization are defined.
		- Objects per user - all objects connected to the mobile user will be
transferred to the user's mobile device. If Include Structure selected, all objects in the
structure of the selected object will be transferred as well.
- Objects per organization - if the mobile user is
connected to the maintenance organization, then the objects which are
connected to this maintenance organization will be transferred to the
user's mobile device. If Include Structure selected, all objects in the structure of the
relevant object will be transferred as well.
