Apply Writeback
Explanation
This activity is used to enable writeback of information from an executed report 
to IFS Applications. There are two types of writeback methods, complete and 
modified. These options can be selected from Report Options in the ribbon.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, an information source which supports writeback should be selected in the Business Analytics report.
System Effects
Applying writeback will make it possible to write back information from IFS 
Business Analytics to IFS Applications in the end user mode.

Procedure
	- Select a cell to apply writeback.
- Select the Writeback tab in the 
	Document Actions pane.
- Click  List 
	and select the measure item or the light item that you want to use for 
	writeback from the Select Items 
dialog box. List

 Note: This dialog box only displays items that can be used for writeback. 
	If the information source does not support writeback, no items will be 
	displayed.
- The Keys table will be populated with relevant data 
	once an item is selected. Display items set as mandatory will 
	retrieve a value from the design if that display item is used in the report 
	design and will be shown by default. If no value exists for a mandatory item 
	it is possible to add it using a repeater, a filter criteria or by entering 
	a value directly into the Value filed. It is also possible to get a value in the Excel worksheet by referring to a cell by clicking on Ref.
- Click  LoV 
	in the table to select values for display items from the List of Values. (Note:
	It is required to use the List of Values for repeater items instead of 
	typing them.) LoV

- Click Run.
Enable Insert New Values for Writeback
To enable inserting new values for writeback in the end user mode, select Enable Insert of New Values for Writeback check box for each repeater level.
- Select the required repeater level.
- Select Advanced Settings button at each repeater level.
- In the General tab, select Enable Insert of New Values for Writeback check box.
