Reject Approval of Tasks
Explanation
Use this activity to reject the approval of tasks. Ideally, this activity can 
be performed to undo an approval prior to releasing the work scope. You can 
choose to reject the approval for all tasks or for specific tasks only.
Prerequisites
  - The relevant tasks must be approved.
- The interim order header created by the work scope cannot exist in any 
	of the following statuses: Partially Released, Cancelled or Closed.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the status of the task is changed to 
Preliminary.

Procedure
Follow this procedure to reject the approval of all tasks in the work scope:
	- Open the Define Work Scope window.
- In the Work Order No field, query (F3) for the work order to 
	which your work order part belongs.
- Right-click on the header of the window and then click Reject 
	Approval of All Tasks. The status of all tasks will be changed from 
	Original to Preliminary.
Follow this procedure to reject the approval of a selected number of tasks in 
the work scope:
	- Open the Define Work Scope window.
- In the Work Order No field, query (F3) for the work order to 
	which your work order part belongs.
- Click the 
	Work Scope Tasks tab.
- Select the rows that contain the required task numbers, right-click, and 
	then click Reject Approval of Tasks. The status of the selected tasks 
	will be changed from Original to Preliminary.
