Enter Reestablishment
Explanation
Use this activity to enter reestablishment instructions on an equipment object 
or linear asset, i.e., in what sequence the actions should be carried out, to make the reestablishment
valid. 
Prerequisites
For an equipment object: 
  - An object type must have been entered  and
    have a position type (with positions) connected to it in the  
	Equipment Basic Data
    window.
- The object type must have been connected to the
    functional or serial object.
For a linear asset:
  - A linear asset type must have been entered  and
    have a position type (with positions) connected to it in the
	Linear Asset Basic Data
    window.
- The linear asset type must have been connected to the linear asset.

As a result of this activity, reestablishment instructions are entered.

Procedure
  - Open the 
	Isolation window and create a new isolation or
    query for an existing one.
- Click the 
	Reestablishment tab and create a new record (F5).
- In the Sequence No field, enter the order of instructions in the
    current reestablishment.
For an equipment object:
  - In the Object ID field, use the List of Values to select a suitable
    value. The position type will be displayed in the Position Type
    field.
For a linear asset:
  - In the Linear Asset ID field and (if applicable) Segment ID 
	field, use the List of Values to select a
    suitable value. The position type will be displayed in the Position Type
    field.
- In the Position ID field, use the List of Values to select a valid
    position for the equipment object or linear asset during the reestablishment instruction.
- Save the information (F12).
Note: Alternatively, once you enter the
establishment instructions, right-click on the 
Establishment
tab and then click Create Re-establishment.
