Define Classification Schemes
 
Explanation
 
This activity is used to create, modify and view classification schemes. 
Classification schemes are used to group export control codes and to indicate 
the order site country that a given scheme is valid for.
 
Prerequisites
 
A primary classification must exist.
 
System Effects
 
As a result of this activity:
 
- A classification scheme ID is created.
- The scheme can be used to group export control codes.
- Indicates the order site countries for which this scheme can be used.

Procedure
 
- Open the Export Control Basic Data window.
- Click the Classification Scheme tab.
- Select New (F5).
- Enter a classification scheme ID.
- Enter a description.
- Select and connect to a primary classification. 
- Right-click and then click Order Countries to select the site order countries 
	that this scheme is allowed to be used. 
- Optionally, select the End User Certificate Required check box
	to 
	indicate that this scheme, when creating an export license, 
	should demand that the end user 
	certificate should be entered on the 
	created export license. 
- Optionally, enter a note, by double-clicking the Note field which will open a text phrase editor 
that enables the user to view the entire text and, to select predefined phrases as entered in the 
Document Text Administration/Phrases tab.
- Enter a number in the List of Values order to specify the order that the record should appear in a List of Values. 
	A blank or zero indicates that this record is blocked for further use.
- Save the changes.
