Enter Property Templates
Explanation
This activity is used to enter property templates and to add details to 
them. A property template is a 
combination of many property codes that are common to many 
fixed asset objects. The purpose of this activity is to organize 
property codes in a way that enables you to 
collectively connect a group of property codes to one or more fixed asset 
objects at a given time.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, the property codes that you want to group 
together must be defined in the system.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the property template(s) entered will be 
available, 
	- to be connected to object groups, and
- to be used to add property codes to fixed asset 
	objects in the Object/Properties tab.

Procedure
To enter a property template:
	- Open the Fixed Assets Property Templates 
	window and create a new record.
- Enter an ID for the new property template in the Property Template 
	field.
- Enter a description for the property template in the Property 
	Template Description 
	field.
- Save the information.
To enter details for the property template:
	- Select the property template you entered and saved, 
	right-click, and click Property Template Details to open the 
	Fixed Assets Property Template window. 
- Create a new record in the table, and select a relevant property code ID 
	for the Property Code field using the List of Values.
- Repeat step 6 to enter all other property codes that you want to connect 
	to the property template.
- Save the information.
