Enter Cash Accounts per Customer
Explanation
This activity is used to define the valid Cash Accounts per Company and Customer, 
and in combination with the Currency.
When a new record is created in the 
Cash Accounts per Customer
window, the Customer Id and Currency fields are defaulted 
with '%'. The cash account connected to this line will be the valid cash account 
for the company and for all currencies. If you select the Default check box, 
this will be the default cash account for the company irrespective of the currency.
The cash account which is to be used will be selected as follows:
	- If the customer has a currency defined and the Default check box is 
	selected for the line, the cash account defined for that line will be used.
- If the customer is defined and the currency is defined as '%' and the 
	Default check box is selected for this line, the cash account defined for 
	this line will be used for the relevant customer irrespective of the currency.
	
- If no specific cash account is defined for a customer, the cash account defined 
	for the Customer Id with value '%' will be used, with respect to the 
	value stated in the Currency field and the Cash Account(s) which have 
	been selected as default.
- If no default cash account has been selected either for the customer or company, 
	then no cash account will be used.  
Prerequisites
	- The currencies for which the cash account is to be defined, should exist 
	in the Currency Rates window. 
- The customers for which the cash account is to be defined, should be created 
	beforehand.
- The cash account to be used should have been defined in the 
	Cash Accounts window 
	in (IFS/Payment). Also some text can be entered for the cash account in the 
	Cash Account Text window.

Procedure
	- Open the Cash Accounts
	window and populate. Select a line, right-click and then select the
	Cash Accounts per Customer option. 
- Create a new record in the 
	Cash Accounts per Customer window. 
- '%' appears in both Customer Id and Currency fields by default.
- Enter the customer ID and the currency in the respective fields. 
	
- Enter the cash account to be used for the relevant customer ID and currency. 
	The values in the Description, Account Number and the Text fields 
	for the cash account will appear automatically. 
- Select the Default check box if you want the cash account entered 
	for the line to be the default cash account for the relevant combination of 
	the customer and currency.
