Enter Credit Analyst User
Explanation
Use this activity to specify the
users assigned to a credit analyst position. Each credit analyst must have one user
designated as the default for use in creating invoice notes. This mandatory task
is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent person if using
credit management.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
  - A credit analyst must be created.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
  - The credit analyst can be entered in the Credit Info tab
of the 
	Customer window.

Procedure
To complete this activity, follow these steps:
  - Open the Credit Management Basic Data 
	window. 
- Click the 
	Credit Analyst User tab. 
- Create a new record. 
- In the Credit Analyst field, select the credit analyst from the
    list of Values. The description is populated. 
- In the User ID field, select the user assigned to this credit
    analyst from the List of Values. The name is populated. 
- To specify the user as the default user, select the Default check
    box. The Manager and Manager Description fields are populated. 
- In the Message Group field, select the group to use for message
    information from the List of Values. The description is populated. 
- To enter a description or comment about the credit analyst user, use the Description 
    field. 
- Save the changes.
