Define Map Positions for Elements
Explanation
This activity is used to define positions for an element on the map. One or 
more positions can be defined for a particular element and the Geometric Center 
(Centriod) of those positions will be considered as the Elements' position when 
displaying in the Visualizer.
Prerequisites
	- A linear asset with one or more elements should exists.
- The logical unit for linear asset element should be defined with 
	VirtMapPosition as a service in Object 
Connections window.

Procedure
Select a position on the map
	- Open the Linear Asset window and query 
	for the relevant record.
- Click the Elements tab.
- In the Attachments pane below, click the Map Positions link.
- Navigate to the location where the element should be placed and enter 
	the position by right-clicking and then clicking  Add Position option.
- The position added is represented by a marker on the map.
Define a position by entering coordinates of the position
	- Open the Linear Asset window and query 
	for the relevant record.
- Click the Elements tab.
- In the Attachments pane below, click the Map Positions link.
- Right-click and click on View Positions on the map.
- Enter values for Longitude and Latitude and save by 
right-clicking and then clicking Save Changes option.
- The position added is represented by a marker on the map.
