Enter or Modify an Access Group for a Maintenance Program
Explanation
This activity is used to enter or modify the access group
for a maintenance program. When you assign an access group to a maintenance
program, only users connected to the access group can view or update the
information on the maintenance program. With the Access Control functionality users are
defined per access group. All users that are members of an access group will
have access to all maintenance programs defined with the particular access
group. If you have access to a maintenance program you can,
  - View and modify maintenance plans for the selected
    maintenance program.
- Connect a maintenance program to a serial. For
more information, refer to the activity Connect Maintenance Program to
	Serial.
Access groups can be entered or updated for a
maintenance program independent of the status of the maintenance program. A
maintenance program can have any of the following valid statuses: Preliminary,
Active or Obsolete. Only one revision of a maintenance program can be
active at any given time.
