Enter Rows for Bays

Explanation

This activity is used to enter the rows to the current bay in your warehouse structure. In this activity it is also possible to see how attributes are inherited from the warehouse structure and enter deviating attributes on the rows.

Prerequisites

A warehouse with a bay must have been defined for the site.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the required rows with attributes are connected to the warehouse structure.

Procedure

From the Warehouse Rows window:

1. Open the Warehouse Rows window.
2. Click New to create a new record.
3. Enter suitable values in the other appropriate fields.
4. Save the record.

From the Warehouse Navigator/Rows tab:

1. Open the Warehouse Navigator window and populate or query for the relevant site.
2. The graphical structure of the warehouse will be displayed in the left side of the window.
3. Expand the warehouse node and select a bay.
4. The Rows tab will be displayed.
5. Click the Rows tab and create a new record.
6. Enter a suitable value in the Row field and a description in the Description field.
7. Enter suitable values in the other appropriate fields.
8. Save the record.
