Create Report for Shop Order WIP

Explanation

Use this activity to print a report of parts with work in progress. The report contains information about parts with material issued or for which operation reporting has started.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that a shop order part must have material issued or operations reported.

As a result of this activity the system prints a report of parts with work in progress.

Procedure

1. Select the site for which you want to print the report. Use List to select from available sites.
2. Specify the part number interval for which to print the report in the From Part No and To Part No fields. Use List to select from available parts.
3. Specify the planner for whom you want to print the report. Use List to select from available planners.
4. Click OK.
5. The Report Print dialog box appears; you can choose page layout, language, etc.
6. After you make desired changes, click OK to print the report directly, Cancel to abort the printout, or Preview to preview the report.
7. If you selected Preview, the report is presented for review. After reviewing it, click Print to print the report.
