Join Team
Explanation
Use this activity to register that an employee has joined a team.
Prerequisites
	- Reporting Mode must be set to Employee Reporting on the used 
	site.
- An employee must have been defined in Manufacturing Labor Class 
	window.
- A team must have been setup in Shop Floor Teams window.
- The employee must have attendance In clocking.
- The employee may not have any active clockings.
- To join a team from time clock, employee should be 
	a time clock user.
System Effects
	- The Employee will be added to the team.
- If the team is currently running any operation(s) or indirect job 
	clockings for the employee on the operation(s)/indirect jobs will be 
	created.

Procedure
	- Open the Shop Floor Workbench window and  
	populate the window or query for the record.
- Click the Join Team option.
- Enter the team which you want to clock into in the Team field.
- Click OK.
Alternative Procedure
	- Open the Shop Floor Workbench window and enter a Team ID 
	in the Enter As dialog box. 
- Click the Join Team option.
- Enter the employee which you want to clock in to in the Team 
	field.
- Click OK.
To perform this activity using the Current Team Employees 
window
	- Open the Current Team Employees window.
- Create a new line and use list of values in the Employee ID field 
	to select the employee which should be clocked in to the team.
- In the Team ID field, use the list of values to enter the team 
	which the employee should clock in to.
- Save the record.
To perform this activity from Time Clock
	- Click the Join Team button in Time Clock.
- Enter the Employee ID.
- Click Ok.
- In the new dialog that opens, select the team that 
	you want to join from the list. If there is a default team defined for the 
	employee in Manufacturing Labor Class/Employee tab, the value 
	will be automatically fetched. You can see the current members and the 
	ongoing activities of the team in tables below.
- Click Ok.
