Print Shop Order Work Instruction
Explanation
Use this activity to print a work instruction for a shop order. You can preview your
work instruction before printing it. Work instructions describe the operations to be
performed when manufacturing a shop order and are used as a basis for manufacturing. 
Prerequisites
This activity requires that a shop order must be created.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
	- The system prints a work instruction for a shop order.
- The Work Instruction Report check box in the History tab on the 
	Shop Order window will be 
	automatically selected if the work instruction information is directly 
	printed via the Report Format & Output dialog box, without previewing.
 Note: The
	Work Instruction Report check box will not be automatically selected if the 
	report is printed via the 
	Order Report window.

Procedure
	- Select the shop order for which you want to print work instructions. 
	
- Right-click, point to Reports and then select Work Instruction. The
	Work Instructions Report Options dialog box will appear.
- If you want the report to include media items, select Print Attached 
	Media items. If you want to include attached documents, select Print 
	Attached Documents.
- Click OK and the Report Format & Output 
	dialog box will appear. You can select the required page layout and language in this dialog box.
	
- After you make necessary changes, click OK to print the 
	report directly, click 
	Cancel to abort 
	the print job, or click Preview 
	to preview the report. 
	
- If you select 
	Preview, the 
	report is displayed for review. After reviewing it, click 
	Print to print the report.
