Un-report Component Scrap
Explanation
This activity is used to reverse the scrapping of a
material component.
For example, if you identify a component that has been improperly scrapped on the shop order, you can revert the action.
Unreport Component Scrap transactions result in:
	- Manufacturing Material History record is created recording the event.
- Identification of material unreported so that
components are available for use in as-built structures.
Prerequisites
This activity requires that at least some components
have been scrapped on the shop order.

System Effects
	- The unreported material will remain issued to the shop
order and it will no longer be identified as scrapped. The material will be available
for use as part of the quantity per assembly, of the components on the shop order
products. The material will be available for use in as-built structures. The
material will be available for un-issue or to be scrapped again.
- A manufacturing material history transaction
record will be created identifying the specific material that has been
      un-scrapped
	on the shop order.
- If the quantity scrapped on the component material is
lot tracked, but not serial tracked, then a history record will be added to
the part serial catalog. The current position will change from Unlocated to
Issued, the operational status will change from Scrapped to either Not
Applicable or Out of Operational, and the operational condition will change
	to Operational.
