Add, Copy or Reset MS Level 0 Forecast Sets
Explanation
These activities are used to add two or more level 0 forecasts into one forecast
or copy or reset forecasts.
When you copy a level 0 forecast from one master schedule set to another, you
can copy from only one set at a time.
In addition, you can use this activity to restore
the level 0 forecast of one or more master schedule sets. This activity is useful if you
want to refresh the forecasts in a specific master schedule set, i.e., start over from the
beginning.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a master schedule set must be registered in order to add, copy or reset
	it.
System Effects
	- When adding to a forecast set, the values from the selected master
schedule sets are added into one forecast. If the target set contains forecast values, these values are
included. If there is a master schedule proposal in the target set, it is left unchanged.
Only forecast fields are combined.
- When you copy forecasts, all forecast information in
the target set is deleted before the forecast is copied. Resetting a forecast set means
that the value of the selected forecast(s) is set to zero.
- When resetting forecasts, if there is a consumed forecast, the forecast
	record will not be reset.
