Report Fault Action
Explanation
This activity is used to report the actions that were
performed against a fault. The purpose of this functionality is to provide a way
of reporting that actions have been taken to clear the fault without having to plan
the activities beforehand and without having to create a work order for the
work. Clearing a fault means that necessary actions have been taken for the
vehicle to operate without the fault being signed off.
Prerequisites
	- The flight log should not be closed.
- The fault on which the fault action is to be reported cannot be signed
	off.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, fault actions are reported against a fault. It
is possible to clear the fault without creating a
work order for it.
