Void Flight Log
Explanation
This activity is used to void a flight log that has,
for instance, been entered incorrectly. When voiding a flight log you can choose
to also have the connected flights voided or to move these flights to another
open flight log for a different vehicle. Note however that if the Connected
to Operational Event check box is selected for a flight, you will not be
allowed to move the flight to another vehicle as the flight is specific to the
vehicle for which it was defined.
If the connected flights are to be moved, and flight
servicing activities have been defined directly on the flight log being voided,
you can choose to move these flight servicing activities to the new flight log.
The flight servicing activities that have been defined directly on a flight will be
moved for all flights that have the Move? check box selected.
Prerequisites
	- The flight log must be in the Open status.
System Effects
	- The flight log is set to the Voided status
and will no longer be considered valid.
- Depending on your selection the connected flights
will either be moved to another open flight log or be set to the Voided
status. When moving a flight between flight logs, a copy of the flight will
be created and connected to the new open flight log while the original will
remain on the old flight log with the Voided status for
	documentation purposes.
- Depending on your selection, the flight servicing
activities that are defined directly on the flight log will be moved to the
	new flight log.
- Voiding information will be displayed in the
Flight Log/General tab for informational purposes.
- The flights that have been moved can be viewed in
the Flight Log/Moved Flights tab. For historical flight logs
this information will be displayed in the Flight Log History/Moved
	Flights tab.
- Once the number of days defined in the Hist.
Flight Logs After No Of Days field (in Flight Log Basic Data/Operator
Information) is reached, the voided flight log will be moved to
history through a background job. If a number of days is not defined, the
voided flight log will be moved to history as soon as the background job is
	executed.
