Add Separate and Route Standard Jobs
Explanation
Use this activity to add separate and route standard
jobs to the PM actions that are created for the object. Standard
jobs can be connected using one of the following methods: 
  - Connect individual standard jobs.
  
- Connect standard jobs based on the categories to which they belong.
 The categories are: Object Category, Object Type, Type
    Designation, and Part Number. 
Note: Standard jobs that are connected to the
job program will automatically be displayed when a job program is retrieved to
the window. 
Prerequisites
  - Separate and route standard jobs must have been defined
    in IFS/Preventive Maintenance. The standard jobs defined should be active
    and valid.
- Job programs must have been defined, and the status
    must have been set to
    Active in IFS/Preventive Maintenance, 
	 Job Programs.   
System Effects
  - The standard jobs will be connected to the PM action
    at the time of generation. You can view the connection on the 
	Separate PM Action/Jobs
    tab and the 
	Route PM Action/Jobs tab.
- For standard jobs that are connected to the job
    programs, values will appear in the Job Program ID and the Job Program Revision
    fields of the Separate PM Action/Jobs tab and
    the Route PM Action/Jobs tab.

Procedure
Connecting individual standard jobs:
  - Open the Add Job Program to
    Object window and define the header details.
  
- Click the 
	Separate tab to add separate
    standard jobs, or the 
	Route tab to add route standard jobs.
  
- Click on the upper table
 	and create a new
    record.
- Enter the standard job ID and revision in the
    relevant fields. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as often as required.
  
- Save the information (F12). 
Connecting standard jobs based on categories:
  - Open the Add Job Program to
    Object window and define the header details.
  
- Click the 
	Separate tab to add separate
    standard jobs, or the 
	Route tab to add route standard jobs.
- Right-click on the table and then click Add Std Jobs
    by Category. The  
	Add Standard Jobs by Category dialog box opens.
  
- Enter values in one or more of the following fields:
    Object Category, Object Type, Type Designation,  and Part
    No. Click List to select appropriate values.
  
- Click Search. The results will be displayed in
    the table below.
  
- From the available list, select the standard jobs
    you want to add by selecting the Select check box.
  
- Once the selection has been made, click Return.
