Define Default Values and Settings 
Explanation
Use this activity to define default values
and settings for
the PM actions that are to be generated. These default values 
 and settings include,
the maintenance organization, action, route ID, and the time period for
which the PM actions are valid.
Prerequisites
Maintenance organizations, route IDs, and actions must
have been defined in IFS/Basic Data for Maintenance.
System Effects
  - The values entered for the maintenance organization
    and action will be temporarily applied to the standard jobs that do not have 
	the defined values. Note: This addition will not change the
    standard job itself.   
- The default values
    and settings defined will be applied to
    the PM actions when generated.

Procedure
  - Open the 
	Add
    Job Program to Object  window, and select a job program and object.
- Enter values for the
    maintenance organization, route ID (for route PM actions), and
    action in the relevant fields. Use the List of Values.
- If required, enter the valid time period for the PM
    action in the Valid From and Valid To fields.
