Enter Mandatory PM Information
Explanation
Use this activity to enter mandatory information required to create a
Separate PM
action. 
Prerequisites
  - Information on equipment should be entered in IFS/Equipment.
- Information on linear assets should be entered in IFS/Linear Asset.
- Information on Actions should be entered in 
	Maintenance Basic Data.
- Information on maintenance organizations should be entered in 
	Organization Basic Data.
- Information on operational status should be entered in 
	Work Order and PM Basic Data.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a separate PM action with a unique PM number will be
created. The new PM Action will be in the Preliminary status.

Procedure
  - Open Separate PM Action 
	and create a new record.
- Enter an appropriate revision in the Revision field.
- In the Action field, select the PM action code for what must be 
	done.
- Click the 
	 General tab.
- Choose the appropriate Connection Type.
- In the Object ID field, enter an object on which the PM action will be
    performed. Use List of Values to select a suitable value or enter it 
	manually.
- In the Maint Org field, specify the responsible maintenance
    organization.
- Save the information.
