Monitor RCM Analysis Receipt

Explanation

This activity is used to monitor the resulting data set(s) that have been received from the IFS RCM Toolkit Interface. You can retrieve a data set within a given date range when Receive RCM Analysis is performed . The view will indicate which RCM Reference, including title and version; Process Class, Item Class and Criticality Matrix Standard has been imported; both the status if IFS and the RCM Toolkit have successfully has completed their task.

System Effects

• On successful completion of this activity, the Criticality Matrix for the relevant Criticality Matrix Standard will be update.
• The resulting Maintenance Decision, Equipment Objects effected by the RCM analysis and the corresponding PM Plan to be acted upon will be displayed In RCM Analysis.

Procedure

1. Open the Monitor RCM Analysis Receipt window.
2. Using Search menu (F3), find the data you need to monitor or review.
3. Select the record that requires further action, either:
   • A successful RCM Analysis for which the PM Action(s) can be generated, use the right mouse button option View/Apply RCM Analysis.
   • Where the results are inconsistent with that required, use the right mouse button option View Details and further investigating the error details as given in the message log and correct the abnormalities found.
