View/Apply RCM Analysis

Explanation

Use this activity to review the resulting Maintenance Decisions, effected Equipment Objects and PM Plan to be generated as a result of the RCM Analysis decisions taken.

Procedure

  1. Open the Monitor RCM Analysis Receipt window.
  2. Using Search menu (F3), find the RCM Analysis you need to review or action further.
  3. Select the record that requires further action/for review, use the Right Mouse Button option View/Apply RCM Analysis.
  4. The view presented will display the RCM Analysis Reference, Title and Version; and the corresponding Process Class, Item Class and Criticality Matrix Standard associated to the RCM analysis.
  5. Select the Tab Maintenance Decisions to view the maintenance decisions resulting from the RCM Analysis.
  6. Select the Tab Objects for Analysis to view the Equipment objects effect by the RCM Analysis.
  7. Select the Tab PM Results to view the resulting PM Plan to generate PM Actions or those that have progressed into PM Actions.
