Service Quotation/Service Contract/Services
Usage
Use this tab to define service lines for the objects covered by the service contract.
On the right of the tab you have the detailed view per
service line where you can enter information related to:
- The service level agreement applicable to the
service line. This can be different to the service level agreement included in the
service contract.
- Benefit Plan - determine if there are any benefits that is limited to a
number of initial work orders to be executed under the service line.
- Invoicing options - determine how the service line
should be invoiced. For more information refer to the online help document:
