Compare Order Quotations

Explanation

Use this activity to compare the entered quotations. If you want to compare several order quotations for several requests simultaneously, use the Overview – Order Quotation Approval window.

Prerequisites

The quotations received from the suppliers must have been entered and saved.

Procedure

  1. Open the Order Quotation Approval window and query for the desired request. To compare several order quotations for several requests simultaneously, open the Order Quotation Approvals window and query for the desired requests.

Note: You can open the above windows by selecting the quotation line(s) in the Order Quotation window, right-clicking and then clicking Order Quotation Approval or Order Quotation Approvals.

  1. In the Order Quotation Approval window, quotations are displayed per part (or no-number part) for all suppliers from whom you have entered replies. In the Order Quotation Approvals window, quotations are displayed for all parts, for all suppliers for whom you have entered replies.
  2. View the quotations and compare them.
