Release Purchase Order Change Order
Explanation
When the purchase order change order is created, it will be in the Planned
status and you can make the
required changes to the order. When the changes are registered you can proceed in the workflow by releasing the change order.
It is possible to demote a released change order back to the Planned
status and update it further.
Prerequisites
	- A purchase order change order must have been created for the purchase
	order.
- The purchase order change order must be in the Planned status.
System Effects
	- When a purchase order change order is released, the change order status is
updated from Planned to Released (note that this is not the same
as the purchase order status).
- If purchase authorization is used for the purchase order change orders, the
authorization rule and template will be retrieved to the change order. The
change order will be released, but needs to be authorized before it is possible
to update the purchase order with the registered changes.
