Enable/Disable Budget Control on Project
Explanation
When creating a new project it will be possible to identify whether budget 
control rules should be enforced or not. This activity is used to enable/disable budget control rules during the project execution. 
Prerequisites
	- A project should exist.
- A consumption point must be defined for the company in
Project Basic/Budget Control tab 
for the rules to be enforced.
System Effects
	- Budget Control is enabled/disabled on the project.
- All project transactions created against this 
	project will be validated against the Budget Control rules of this project 
	from the Consumption Point onwards.
- If there is no budget defined for the project, you 
	cannot create or save transactions from the consumption point onwards.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to enable/disable budget control on a project:
	- Open either the Projects or 
	Project 
	window and query for the required project.
- Right click and then click Enable/Disable Budget Control.
