View Incoming Multi-Company Project Transactions
Explanation
When an employee reports cost or time to an employee company activity which 
is in turn connected to a customer company activity in the Multi-Company Project Reporting Activity Link Info 
window, it will create a transaction in the customer company as well. This 
happens automatically and no manual work is required. This activity is primarily 
relevant to the customer company. 
Prerequisites
	- The reporting user should have a user in the customer company as well.
- The employee company and the customer company activities should be 
	connected in Multi-Company Project Reporting Activity Link Info
	window.
- 
	The reporting user 
	should have an employment in the customer company and be defined in the Multi-Company Project Reporting Employee Link Info
	window or 
	 
	the required basic data to generate an employee automatically should be entered in 
	the Company Details/Property
	tab.
System Effects
	- A project transaction in the customer company will be created automatically.

Procedure
Once these transactions are received they can be viewed from the customer 
company using the Multi-Company Project Transactions
window:
	- Open the 
	Project Time Registration
	window, Project Cost Registration/Personal  
	or
	Project Cost Registration/Non-Personal  
	tab and query for the required multi-company reporting record.
- Right-click and click on the Multi-Company Transactions menu 
	option.
- 
	The 
	Multi-Company Project Transactions
	window will open. 
	Right-click and click on Project 
	Transactions and 
	select the 
	Customer Company 
	menu option.
- 
	The 
	Project Transactions 
	window will open and show all the customer transactions connected to the 
	selected reporting line.
