View Service History
Explanation
This activity is used to view the work order history 
for a rental part. The Tool/Equipment window 
is used to view 
work order history for a part if the rental part is registered as a 
tool/equipment.
You can also reach the information about any connected work orders for 
a rental number either 
from the  
	Manage Rentals or the 
Rental Workbench window.
Prerequisites
	- To use the Tool/Equipment window the 
rental part has to be registered as a tool/equipment. 
- Work orders have to exist.

Procedure
To view work order history per tool/equipment.
	- Open the Tool/Equipment window.
- Query for the tool/equipment you wish to view.
- Go to the Work 
	Orders tab.
- Review data as required.
To view work order history per rental number.
	- Open either the   
	Manage Rentals or the
	Rental Workbench window.
- Query for the rental number you wish to view.
- Select the line and right-click and click Connected 
	Work Orders from  
	Manage Rentals or go to the 
	Work 
	Orders tab in Rental Workbench window.
- Review data as required.
