Add New Sales Parts to Sales Price
Lists
Explanation
This activity is used to add one or more sales parts from
Sales Part Base Prices or Sales Part Base Prices window to several subscribing sales price lists.
This is beneficial if you have a lot of new sales parts that you want added
to a lot of sales price lists.
It is possible to specify exactly which sales parts need to be added to which sales
price lists. This can be done by
entering the price list number, owning company, part number, base price site, and/or
the sales price group. It is also possible to specify if
sales prices and/or rental prices should be updated to the price list.
Note that this activity considers
the default relations between the sales price list and the base price, defined in the
Sales Price List/General tab. The relation is defined by
specifying default values for the base price site, percentage offset and amount
offset. This means that sales parts are added with these default offsets and the
base price is fetched from the default base price site first.
Prerequisites
  - A sales price list header must have been entered and saved. The sales price group type connected to the sales price group entered on
	the sales price list
    header must be part-based.
- The sales parts must have been entered
with the Active status in the Sales Part Base Prices window.
If rental prices are added the status in the Sales Part Base Prices window must be Active.
- In order to be added, the sales part must not exist
on the Part Based tab. If rental prices
are added the sales part must not exist on the Rental Prices
	tab.
- The user must have access to the owning
company of the sales price list.
- The Subscribe to New Sales Parts check box should have been
	selected on the
Sales Price List/General tab so that the price list would subscribe to new sales parts added
centrally from the Sales Part Base Prices
	window.

System Effects
  - One or more part-based sales price list lines are added
to one or more sales price lists, according to entered
conditions. If rental prices are added one or more
rental price lines are added to one or several price lists. The price list lines are added with the default percentage and
amount offset from the sales price list header. The base price is fetched
from the default base price site first.
- If the use of price break templates
is enabled on the price list and the base price is connected to a price break template, the
price break template is considered when lines are added.
- If the review of
	the base price update
is enabled on the price list, the added sales price list lines get the Planned status and need to be reviewed.
